Summary

Pre-sale and post-sale customer support of Medical Imaging products and their applications.

The incumbent is responsible for supporting the development and growth of the Christie Innomed business portfolio. The primary role will be to train users on newly installed Medical Imaging equipment and related software application as well as provide Clinical Application follow-up across Canada, among other responsibilities as listed below.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver post-sales installation training and customer retention activities within hospitals, clinics, private offices, and other medical facilities.
  • Assist with product training in conjunction with field Sales Representatives and other colleagues.
  • Support product demonstrations and presentations alongside the sales team, to include tradeshows, conferences, and other marketing activities.
  • Complete summary reports and related administrative duties within a self-managed timeline.

Qualifications and experience

  • Must be a registered Medical Radiation Technologist in Radiography.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of related work experience having used General X-ray and Fluoroscopy equipment within a clinical setting.
  • Experience with one of the following equipment types is an asset:
    • Mammography
    • Ultrasound
    • C-arm
  • Efficient in MS Office software including Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and SharePoint.
  • Commercial Clinical Application experience is beneficial.
  • Proficiency in English is essential, and knowledge of French is a major asset.

  • Represents Christie Innomed in a highly professional manner.
