CT Service engineer

Under the responsibility of the Regional Service Manager, you will be responsible for the repair, maintenance, calibration and installation of medical imaging diagnostic systems to ensure exceptional operation and support for our customers.

• Participate in the installation and calibration of new equipment installed in hospitals and clinics;
• Provides field service for commissioning, inspections, troubleshooting, repairs, proactively resolves issues, and performs preventive maintenance of CT and Xray diagnostic imaging equipment;
• Maintenance of diagnostic imaging equipment;
• Meet the expectations of customers in terms of quality of service and communication;
• Complete documentation related to products, test reports, service records, etc;
• Travel to hospitals and clinics to carry out planned and unplanned service activities related to analog and digital radiography systems, mammography systems and CT systems;
• Participate in the installation and calibration of new equipment installed in hospitals and clinics;
• Effectively manage time and assigned projects;

>Qualifications and experience

• Preferred expertise on CT Scanners, General Xray or CV systems with minimum 5 years experience;
• Strong mechanical or electromechanical skills;
• Able to lift and move equipment weighing up to 40 pounds;
• Good working knowledge of computer systems, Windows operating system and networks would be an asset.
